Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our facility. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is present to receive the delivery.
